About Jochum

I am Jochum. GTA 6 is the most talked about game in years, and almost everything written about it is a guess. A leaked map. A single frame of a trailer. A forum post that sounds very sure of itself. It gets copied, and a week later it reads like a fact.

That is what the blog is for. Rockstar has said a handful of things about Leonida. The internet has said thousands. My job is to keep those two piles apart, so that you can see at a glance what is settled and what is still anybody's guess.

Confirmed, or just a rumour

Every guide says where its facts come from. If Rockstar said it, you are told that. If it comes from a leak, a fan wiki or a slowed down trailer shot, it is marked as unconfirmed, in a block you cannot miss. Nothing gets dressed up as a fact because it would make a better page.

I have no contact at Rockstar and no early copy of the game. I would rather a place said nothing than say something I cannot stand behind. If you want the full list of sources and the licence they come under, it is on the about page.

Telling me I am wrong

Plenty here is wrong, and at release a few hundred thousand people will know this world better than I do. Use the report button in a place's panel on the map and it goes on a list that I read. It does not change the map by itself. You can also say it in the Discord, which is where the arguing about where things are actually happens.
