By using this site you accept what is written below. It is short on purpose. If you disagree with any of it, the remedy is simply not to use the site.

What this is

A free, fan-made, non-commercial map of a video game world, made by people who like the game. It is not official, it is not endorsed, and it is not connected to the companies that make or publish the game.

Using the map

Look around all you like. What you may not do is attack the site, scrape it in a way that takes it down, work around the rate limits, or pass the map off as your own service. Ordinary use — including sharing links to places — is exactly what it is for.

Adding places

Anyone can add a place. When you do, you keep whatever rights you have in what you wrote, and you give us permission to show it on this map and in the previews of it that appear when a link is shared.

By adding something you confirm that:

• it is yours to post, or you are otherwise free to post it;
• it is about the map, and not advertising, spam or a link farm;
• it holds nothing unlawful, hateful, or aimed at harassing anyone;
• it holds no personal information about real people — real addresses, names, or photographs of them included.

Moderation

Anything on the map can be edited, moved or removed, with or without a reason given, and an account that keeps breaking the rules above can be closed. This is a map that strangers write on together; keeping it usable means somebody has the last word.

No guarantees

The site is offered as it stands. Coordinates may be wrong, places may be missing or misplaced, the map may be offline, and it may change or disappear entirely. Nothing here is promised to be accurate, available, or permanent, and it should not be relied on for anything that matters.

To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for any loss arising out of using the site or being unable to use it.

Trademarks and other people's rights

Rockstar Games and Grand Theft Auto are registered trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. GTA6.city is not affiliated, in any way, shape or form, with the aforementioned companies.

Names, artwork and other material from the game belong to their owners and appear here only to describe the world the map is of.

Where some of the places come from

Part of the places on this map were not put there by us. The landmarks collected by gtadb.org and its contributors are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Their coordinates were converted to this map's grid, their categories were mapped onto our layers, and their photographs are shown from the copy of their repository that jsDelivr serves. Every point that came from them says so, and links back to the record it was made from.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change; the date at the top of the page says when they last did. Carrying on using the site after that is how you accept the new version.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of this site is established, and any dispute is for the courts of that country.
